Easy box office management

TicketU can be used by your staff to sell tickets, process orders, and manage the entire ticketing process. One of the key benefits of TicketU versus other solutions is that TicketU gives everyone access to the same ticketing database in real-time.

When you sign up for TicketU, you specify which of your staff members should have access to the system. Only these authorized users can access the box office features, and they can access TicketU from any computer with an internet connection.

All matching orders are shown in the Ticket Order Search Results. With one click, you can view the order details, print the tickets for the order, or e-mail the purchaser.

Use Review Orders to process orders for mail order or will call. TicketU makes it easy to print tickets for an entire group of orders or a single order. Print Receipts or Mailing Labels from here too.

Review orders

Hold Tickets allows you to put aside tickets so that they are not available for sale. When you place tickets on hold, you specify the reason, such as VIP-use or wheelchair access, and the date to release the tickets. Held tickets will not appear in the list of available tickets on your web site. However, your box office staff can see these tickets and can override the hold if necessary.

Box Office Reports
TicketU provides all of the reports that you need to manage your ticketing process. One key report is Ticket Sales by Event. This report gives a summary of the ticket sales for each performance including number of tickets sold, total dollar amount of sales, number of tickets available, number of tickets on hold, number of tickets in process (temporarily held for customers that have placed them in a shopping cart), and the percentage of tickets that have been sold.

The Sales Report is a flexible report that can be used many ways in managing your ticket sales. This report has options so that you can group the report by date and/or selling user. This report is particularly valuable in reconciling the on-site cash sales made by box office staff.
